Lansea graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master’s of Occupational Therapy and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. Upon graduation, Lansea worked on a brain injury and physical rehabilitation unit with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. She then commenced work in the Upper Extremity Rehabilitation Program at Kinetik in 2013. Lansea has a special interest in hand therapy, including fabrication of custom splints, trauma, wound care, neurological rehabilitation for the upper extremities, functional conditioning and return to work programming. She has advanced training in Hand Rehabilitation and Functional Capacity Evaluations. When Lansea is not working, she has a passion for backcountry snowboarding, staying active through running and boxing, spending time outdoors and traveling around the globe.
