And Kinetik is back with...Featured Therapist of the Week: Andrea Doepker-Gavidia - Exercise Therapist

Andrea attended Washington State University as a student-athlete for two years before returning to Saskatoon to complete her B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2005. She is a CSEP Certified Exercise Therapist with additional training in Inclusive Fitness and Lifestyle Services for all Disabilities (CSEP). She is also certified in ViPR Training, TRX Suspension Training and has completed courses in advanced exercise nutrition. Andrea maintains the Exercise is Medicine Canada Level 2 (EIMC) designation and encourages clients to use exercise as an approach to manage injuries and health concerns as well as improve mental health. Andrea is energized by exploring the outdoors with her family, being active and travelling.
