Kinetik Rehabilitation is located in Saskatoon on the 8th floor of City Hospital. You can bypass the check-in desk on the main floor and take the elevator directly up to the clinic.

Parking is minimal around Saskatoon City Hospital. There is a visitor parking area that you can park in that requires you to pay upon entry and enter your license plate number. There are payment and coin change machines located at the main entrance and at emergency. If you do run out of time for parking, you can add time to your plate by returning to a pay machine or through the ParkedIn app on your phone. There is also free parking several blocks away if you are able to walk.

Kinetik accepts direct referrals from health care providers and certain insurers, but clients can also self-refer.

The cost of your appointment will depend on what type of service you are receiving and the length of the session. We strive to adhere to industry standard rates. Please refer to our fee schedule or call the Kinetik front desk at (306) 655-8974 for more info.

Currently, we can direct bill to Canada Life for physiotherapy services only. All other insurers and services require that you pay us directly, then submit an insurance claim.

Your first visit will involve an initial assessment to gauge where you are at and create a treatment plan. Most first sessions last 1 hour.

Whoever does your initial assessment will stay on as your therapist for every time you return.

Please provide Kinetik with at least 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation.

Should you need to cancel your appointment due to illness or will be late for your scheduled appointment, please call Kinetik at (306) 655-8974 as soon as possible.

Appointment fees may apply for no shows and/or cancellations without notice.

Kinetik reserves the right to request payment in advance of any further scheduling of appointments.
